Return and Exchange Policy

Within three business days after receiving your order, exchanges and refunds are processed, but only in the following circumstances:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• Received a damaged product

Note:

1. In these situations, we cover the full cost of product replacement.
2. According to prior instances, in the event of a replacement, the old product must be received to acquire the new one.
3. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to request a refund or a replacement:

When submitting a return or replacement request, please include this information in the email or message on our official social media accounts.

Information that must be included:

• Name, phone number, and order number
• The request's specifics, including the cause for the return or replacement
• A clear image of the item that was received

سياسة الاسترجاع و الاستبدال

تتم عمليات الاستبدال او الاسترجاع خلال 3 ايام عمل من استلامك للطلب، وفي الحالات الاتية فقط:

• وصول منتج خاطئ
• وصول المنتج تالف

ملحوظة:

1. في هذه الحالات نتحمل كافة مصاريف استبدال المنتج.
2. في حالة الاستبدال وفقاً للحالات السابقة ، يجب استلام المنتج القديم للحصول على منتج جديد.
3. غير مسموح بارجاع او استبدال المنتجات المستعملة او المفتوحة.

خطوات عمل طلب إستبدال أو إسترجاع :

برجاء إرسال هذه البيانات مرفقة مع طلب الإسترجاع أو الإستبدال عبر البريد الالكتروني او عبر الرسائل من خلال وسائل الإتصال الإجتماعي على صفحاتنا الرسمية

البينات المطلوب إرفاقها :

• رقم الطلب
• الاسم
• رقم الهاتف
• تفاصيل طلب او سبب الارجاع او الاستبدال
• صورة واضحة للمنتج المستلم
