Within three business days after receiving your order, exchanges and refunds are processed, but only in the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- Received a damaged product

- According to prior instances, in the event of a replacement, the old product must be received to acquire the new one.
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
